Why do i have pain on my lower tummy??!
Question: Why do i have pain on my lower tummy!?!?
why it is that when i run on a treadmill for example my tummy always gets pain, sharp pain (lower)!?!?is something wrong with me!?!?it happens all the time!.!.even when i drink a bit of water it gets WORSE!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Happens to me too and they are called cramps (not the kind that only girls get)!.
-Don't drink or eat anything before you are going to run or do any kind of exercise and you should be fine!.
-Don't breath with your mouth (i know it's hard but try to do it the least you can)!.
-Listen to some music to take your mind off it

You should drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated!. Don't wait until you've started working out!. That being said, sometimes you get cramps!. If you feel like you are starting to cramp up, slow down a bit until they ease up!. Take deep breaths!. A trick I learned when I was running cross country in high school was to put my arm up in the air (the one that's on the side with the cramp) and stretch away from the cramp!. For example, if the cramp is on the left, put up your left arm and stretch to the right!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Okay, um, if you drink water and it gets bad, then don't drink water!. And if your tummy hurts, it could be because you're working to hard!. Put it on lower, okay!? Maybe that will make your nasty tummy booboo stop huwting, okay!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
you have a weak lower core muscle!. if you keep running, it could get better!. also, try drinking slightly cool water instead!. cold water could give you cramps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
