i have a cut below my lip which is 1cm long and has four stitches!.!. will this scar, it was quite deep before it was stitched up!. the doctor suggested to get the stitches out in 5 days, but i have a job interview , do you think if i get them out a day earlier it could do anything!? could i be permanetly scarred!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your lip will have a tiny scar, it will be so small that it will only be noticeable if you look closely for it, in a few months time you will not see any of the scar at all, these days doctors are so good that scarring is now so minimal that it will be unnoticeable, , its not really a good idea to have them taken out early as the tissue around the lip is so delicate that they could split if not properly healed, I'm sure your interview will be fine if you phone them and say you have stitches and you are a bit concerned that it will affect your interview,they may even say that they will move your interview time to next weekWww@Answer-Health@Com
the scar will be there for years probably and i don't recommend getting the stitches out early!. i doubt they will affect your chance of getting the job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

but try asking ur doctor about anyways and afterwards try that one medication thats makes ur scars less noticable i dont remember the name of it but u can ask for it at any pharmacy store or cvsWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had stitches in my lip when i was REALLY little!.
I have no noticeable scar
But it has been about 10 years since that happened!.
So sooner or later the scar will disappear!.
