What kind of foot wear are you using!? If the toe box is too tight then you could get this problem!. This could also happen if you are walking around in high heels all day!. Try massaging your foot and see if that helps!. If there are any pins and needles sensations into the toe then it would be appropriate to start with your family doctor and then go from there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
