I worry about EVERYTHING!?!


Question: I worry about EVERYTHING!!?
If my eye is sore, I think I'm going blind, If I feel ill, I think I'm never going to get better, I'm 12!
also!.!.!.!.
Yesterday in Chemistry, my chair legs bent and I fell back onto the back table, my arms and back landed first, but I think my head hit the table slightly, since then, my eyes are a bit sore and things tend to go quite blurry!.

But I don't know if it's my mind, because I have mind issues, If I tell myself I have a bad back, my back will start to hurt, so I don't know what to do!.
I was scared I was going to be paralyzed, but no!.!.
Now I think I'm going blind, which is 99% not true, but I can't tell my mind that!.

This is very common!.
The best way to fight fears (especially irrational ones) is to make it a game with yourself!. The reason you are worrying, is that it's something you can't control!.Invent a little friend (call him your troll or something)!. Whenever you think you are going blind, or your heart is racing or you think you are going paralyzed!.!.!. just pretend it's your friend the troll messing with you!. Don't be scared of him!. Just watch what he does to you!. He will annoy you a lot at first, but if you look forward to seeing him, he won't mess with you so much!. Over time (not very long), he will stop messing with you altogether!. Just give him a cute name and see what he does!. Write down all of the silly things he trys to do to you!. Just remember, he can't hurt you!. No one ever went blind because of your troll!. He might bother you a lot!.!.!. at first!. But make him your friend, and he'll stop telling you silly lies!. It's normal to feel a little stressed sometimes!. You seem to be taking on alot of needless worry though!. Talk to your parents and/or your councilor at school, you may need to see a professional to help you work through your stress!. I go to counciling myself, it helps alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would calm down if i were you!. Come people see worst accidents on t!.v!. and they turn out fine!. The mind is your enemy here!. Why don't you go out and SEE a movie take some friends and just forget about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first get your back checked by a doctor then you need to see a psychiatrists and see if there is some meds he can put you on to help with your panic and other issues you seem to be having and good luck!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

CURRENTLY I AM SICK WITH PNEUMONIA AND HAVE HAD A FEVER FOR 5 DAYS AND I AM FREAKING OUT AS WELL!.!.!. WORRYING CAN MAKE YOU SICK, AS YOU KNOW!.!.!.!.REMEMBER, YOU ARE A YOUNG GIRL AND PROBABLY A VERY HEALTHY YOUNG LADY, SO DON'T WORRY!.!.!.!.YOU ARE NOT GOING BLIND!.!.!.IF YOU WERE GOING BLIND THAN YOU WOULD LOSE UR VISION DAILY, IT WOULDN'T HAPPEN OVER NIGHT!. what you need to do is take a deep breath, breath in and out!. Tell yourself, your fine!. It's just stress, do something which calms you down, options: a bubble bath, listen to music, go for a nice long walk, do some exercise, like a sport!. I hope this helps!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calm down because you admit to being a hypocondriach (i dont know how to spell that)!. But dont just ignore it either!. You could have hurt yourself too!. Story time- I am the same way, I tend to think too much about injuries and possible problems with my body!. One time I fell off a chair while standing on it, and although I felt ok later I started to feel weird!. Two days later I gave in and went to the doctor where they x-rayed me to find I had somehow pierced my lung and already lost 25% of the capacity, dreadfully close to having it collapse!.!. If I had not found that out in time my lung would have collapsed and I most likely would have died!. You can get a cuncusion (i cant spell any medical terms right) from jolts to the head, NOT just hitting your head directly!. So take it easy and make sure you're ok even if that means having a doctor say you're ok!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to have that problem too when I was your age!.
First of all calm yourself down!. Try to relax and not to think about what is bothering you, in this case, your eyes!. When you feel you're getting too nervous just take a deep breathe!. You have to control your own mind!. You can't just let her control you!. That problem will disappear by itself eventually so there's no need to worry but you can talk about that with a doctor and he'll advise you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
