I have "very minimal spondylolisthesis"
I'm scared I will need surgery!.

No you will not need surgery if it is minimal!. You possibly have a class 1!. This is not a big deal!. Many many people have it with no symptoms!. Some get back pain!. Your prognosis is not as good if you have a spondylolysis associated with it!. You will be more apt to have pain and possible disc problems in the future if this is the case!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
