is there any way to regain your voice or if they were partially cut in some way is there any way that they could heal!?
Also while I'm at it, does anyone know the names of any literature on throat/neck injuries that would deal with these topics; specifically the treatment of them and aftercare!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
They can heal if its minor (surgery on vocal cords actually lasers them or cuts into them and they heal) but I don't know if it's more severe!. Is there damage to any of the surrounding muscles!? There are devices that can provide artificial voice by providing artificial vibration and you simply provide airstream and articulation!. Or there is esophageal speech techniques (like burping) which can produce speech sounds!.
