I laid on my arm/hand for about an hour......help me....?!
Question: I laid on my arm/hand for about an hour!.!.!.!.!.!.help me!.!.!.!.!?
I rolled off of it and it felt suddenly if 1000 needles kept pricking all over my hand for a period of about a minute!. What causes this!? Surely someone knows what I'm talking about!? Thanks A Lot!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the nerve was compressed from laying on it and you lost some blood flow!. now, blood is returning to the site!.
