Question: What could be wrong!?!?
I have been in a toning class for about 3 months!.!.!. and it is definetly pretty strenuous! The last couple of days my calve muscles have been really sore, but my left calve is really sore, swollen, and it even hurts when I flex my foot forwards and backwards like you do when you walk!. I don't know if I tore a muscle or what!?!?!? I am going to go to the doc if it does not get better soon!.!.!.Any idea what could be wrong!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you might have over done it first time,hopefuly its not a pulled tendon,these can hurt a lot and take time to heal,but dont waste time get it checked out now,leaving it could make it a lot worse in the long runWww@Answer-Health@Com
Sounds like you could have torn a muscle!. Do you think your instructor of your class can help at all!? Usually at gyms they have experts in sports medicine and whatnot!. Just a thought!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
