Is there anyway to get up a couple hours right after you go to sleep?!


Question: Is there anyway to get up a couple hours right after you go to sleep!?
i need to get up extremely early tomorrow morning, so i'll have to sleep a couple hours tonight because i have work to do!. is there anyway that i can wake up from sleep after a few hours, because normally i sleep like around 8 hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not impossible!. If you have to get up for something very important it makes it a lot easier!. Like if I think about what I'm getting up for right before falling asleep, like really plan how I'm going to get there, what I'll wear and all that, I get up a lot easier!. you should wake up with considerable ease!.!. ableit not as easy as normally, but just getter done!.
set that alarm clock, and getter over with

The best way to get up is to use an alarm clock in beep mode!. Leave curtains open so that the natural light will also help you wake up!. Drink tons of water upon waking, and have coffee or tea ready!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually ask a friend to keep calling me until I answer, because a simple alarm clock is not enough to motivate me to get up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you prevent yourself from falling into a deep sleep, it should be fairly easy to wake up!. My advice is to set an alarm that will go off every 15 minutes or so after you've laid down, and continue snoozing until it's time to wake up!. You won't feel like you've rested much, but at the very least you should have no problem getting out of bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Set your alarm!. If possible, set several alarms and place one or two of them within hearing distance, but not within reaching distance of your bed!. That will really force you to get up!. However, psychology has proven that if you cut back on REM sleep your body will force you to recover it (commonly with nightmares) so just be prepared for that!.!.!.!. Not to mention, this is definitely not healthy, but that's obvious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink a ton of water before you go to sleep!. Set an alarm and when it goes off you will need to use the bathroom getting you out of bed!. Then do the norm of caffeine or other stimulants!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I would recommend setting not just your normal alarm clock, but a few extra ones that you may have around the house: a clock, kitchen timer, ANYTHING! Do you live with anyone!? Have them wake you up just incase!. Do you know anyone else who has to wake up at around that same time!? Give them a call and ask them to call you at the time you need to be woken up!. And for the Hell of it, I also suggest that you get a lot of Turkish coffee to drink during the day!. That stuff is ridiculous, it puts espresso to shame!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i sleep normally around 8 or 9 hours a night!.

last weekend i was in vegas for a dance competition!. i went to bed around midnite and had to wake up at 3, and had to be at the competition at 5!!

i drank a couple cups of coffee, and felt fine at first!. when i had to compete, i felt totally drained and i could hardly keep my eyes open, let alone dance!.

my suggestion is, get to bed as soon as you possibly can or you will be miserable all day tomorrow!.

remember to drink lots of coffee, or even an energy drink!.

drink a dozen glasses of water about 3-5 hours before you want to wake up, but make sure you dont have a weak bladder otherwise you just wake up in a puddleWww@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot store up sleep but you can catch up on sleep!. Just set your alarm on your cell phone and get up!. You will get used to it!. Catch up on the missed sleep asap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
