Wait until you don't have pain!. Also, try to do a few sit-ups at first!. Don't do more than 20!. See how you feel the next day!. If you are okay do 30 and then take a day off!. Work you way back up slowly to make sure you don't cause permanent damage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
depends on wher ein your abs but pulled muscles usually need 2 weeks and also you need to stretch it often
if when you stretch it it doesnt hurt, then you can use it again, but it sounds like if it hurts all the time then you need to rest and stretch, if the pain is excessive or you see visible deformities on your abs, then see your doctor because it might be a complete tear, which is very seriousWww@Answer-Health@Com

you didnt pull it if you were working out!. it suspose to hurt if you just started in a long time!. it hurts cause your muscles are getting getting bigger, and its getting use to more sit ups than you do!.but keep working out and it will get ajustied to the sit ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
