How long do you expect to live ?!

Hi heema, when i was 12 yrs old the 1932, the talk in mags was all about future rocket propulsion by the end of the century!. It was then that i decided i was going to live that long to find out for myeslf if it was true!.
Well i did and of course it was true!. I now do believe that it is possible to dictate how long one can live!.
Now i am 87, still in reasonably good health, still in business, investing in the stock market!. Gave up driving at 80 voluntarilly to ensure the safety of other road users, and pedestrians!. My only regret is that the young people are so different and open minded today, and so liberal ,than they were when i was young, and i am now too old to take advantage of the situation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Proper exercise, proper diet and not smoking or doing illegal drugs is an excellent way to extend your health

Get checkups from your Doctor about every 6 month, more or less if your Doctor decides!. Do these things and you should have a long life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
