Pain in my back and chest when I breath in deeply?!

Question: Pain in my back and chest when I breath in deeply!?

This has only just started today!. Everytime I breath in I get a pain in the top of my back and in my chest!. And its gradually getting worse!. What do you think this is!? thanks xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
