I feel UNUSUALLY tired

I have the occassional feeling of a lump or something stuck in my chest/esophagus

It's just a cold!. The lumps in your throat are probably mucus!. Get some mucinex over the counter and take tylenol/motrin/alleve when you feel chilly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
