Snooze or lose?!


Question: Snooze or lose!?
hey im a guy, 17 years old (almost 18 in 2 months :D) I havent been getting much sleep, in fact every since I was 15 years old Ive been getting under the average amount of hours any teen should get!.
I just wanted to know if I would of gotten the proper sleep since then, would I have been a more better looking person!? (Not that I find myself ugly, im just curious to see if I could of been better)
and I dont mean the bags you get when you lack of sleep, I mean has if slightly affected my appearence permanently!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry to say this, but sleeping can affect a person's appearance - not radicly, but in some aspects (which i hope and think you will be fine in)!. For every hour you sleep, you loose calories, aiding in the efforts of loosing and maintaining weight!. So if you are a bit heavier and have never realized why, you might have your answer - but the solution is simple, sleep more!. If you are of a healty weight, then whatever!.!.!.appearances aren't everything and that's something you should always remember/Www@Answer-Health@Com

people need different amts of sleep in order to feel refreshed for some it is 4 others 8 or 9!. If u feel like u have had enough rest then u should look fine!. If u feel tired then yes that can affect ur appearance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds to me you need to be writing in the "lack of self- esteem" group!.

and an extra hour every night wont get the cheerleaders to notice you if you're curious (we all see past the disguise you 13 yr old)Www@Answer-Health@Com
