Could daily exercise help prevent migraines?!


Question: Could daily exercise help prevent migraines!?
I have been suffering for migraines since I was 14!. Nothing helps, I've tried everything!. I really would love my life back, and I was wondering if daily exercise and keeping my body hydrated could help!.!. any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!.!. thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Daily exercise always lends to an overall improvement in general health and wellness!. But if you could identify the key triggers of your migraines you may have a better chance of preventing them or decreasing the frequency of headaches!.

For example, I also experience migraines but soon realized that they were triggered by my oncoming menses (part of my pms), milk, and coffee!. I changed my milk to soy and rarely drink coffee!. I also take pain medication as soon as the aura of a migraine comes on before my periods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Possibly, it depends on the cause of the migraines!. You could also have your dentist check for TMJ disorder!. Try getting massage on a regular basis!. See if you are allergic to anything, food or air borne things!. Cut chocolate and citrus out of your diet!. Migraines have lots of triggers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some Strong cups of coffee works for me!. And, then go lay down in a VERY dark and quiet room!.!.!.!.Caffeine restricts the blood vessels in your brain, thus the migraine goes away!.
