Pulled(and still pulling) groin/track?!


Question: Pulled(and still pulling) groin/track!?
hey, im a sprinter for a local high school!. this year ive began to really improve!. im talking over 2 seconds in the 100m since last year!. however about a month ago i pulled my groin!. i didnt go to practice for about a week, but when the first meet came around i decided to run my events (100m, 200m)!. i did fine in the 100m, but when i was finished i realized that i had hurt my groin even more!. after the 200m it was hard even moving my leg around!. i let it rest for about 2 and a half weeks!. i missed the 2 meets during that time and didnt go to any of the practices!. just today i ran my personal best in the 100m but again, my groin wasnt feeling good afterwards!. i ran the 200 afterwards, though it isnt as bad as after the first meet its still hurting!.

2 questions!.
1!. what would happen if this continued!? i dont plan on it but im just curious!.

2!. how long should i wait until i run again!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
