Painful foot?!
Question: Painful foot!?
6 months ago I slipped down the stairs and banged my foot into the radiatior,my foot was badly bruised and swollen!. Recently I have noticed across the bridge of my foot and leading down to my big toe I am getting pains,also a feeling of tightness when standing up!.
I have recently started a new job where i am on my feet for 9 hours each day and my foot seems to have been playing up alot more!.
Could it still be bruised 6 months after hurting it or could i have done some other damage to it that is causing the pain and uncomfortable feeling!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
