Anyone know how to exercise a arm in a cast?!

Well what have you broken!? A bone in your wrist, hand, forearm!? You should just let it rest and heal for the 6-8 weeks, then rehab it by lifting light weights when it comes off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If isnt all the way up to ur albow the u can still lift weights and maybe do situps but that doesnt help ur arm!. Start light though cuz u could re injure urslelf if u push to hard at first!.!.!.!.Also freddy C i broke my arm in two places and my wrist and i didnt have a cast all the way to my elbow and i could still bench 125 with it on and still broken it isnt impossible u just gotta work ur way bak to itWww@Answer-Health@Com

lol i had that just a couple months ago!. You cant specifically exercise it!. Just try to do what you did before i guess!.
I danced with my cast on that was my form of exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't your healing the arm, when the cast is removed and everything looks right, then you go into therapy to exercise it so you can use it again normally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.ummm no it depends what bone u broke it constains movement so i suggest not exercising it or u might make it worse

I have also had a cast on my arm and years later it is still pretty weak but i would be careful just relax and dont worry about excersise util after it come off or when it is going to come off soonWww@Answer-Health@Com
