No not really!. I found it helped with loosening up in general and my husband used a chiropractor after whiplash from a car accident but I find it too painful for inflamed joints!. Much better to have a Swedish massage or an aromatherapy massage!. The Swedish massage is deep and quite hard and verges on the painful but afterwards everything feels so much better!. Aromatherapy massage is much the same but the oils are supposed to help with arthritis too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Its possible a chiropractor can help you, but it depends on the nature of your problem, and the type of chiropractor!. If the problem is due to tight ligaments or muscles, things you are doing to aggravate the problem, muscle spasms, or muscle weakness, then chiropractors can help immensely!. Most often, the effectiveness of chiropractic care also depends on the patient adhering to stretching and strength exercises recommended by the chiropractor!. If the problems are caused by injury to the bones or joints, chiropractic care may help some, but it won't be a cure!.
