Left calf pain - could it be due to sciatic nerve irritation?!

Question: Left calf pain - could it be due to sciatic nerve irritation!?
On the 25th of last month (almost a month ago) I got onto a rowing machine at the gym and the handlebar was left up - when I was leaning or reaching forward showing that I was trying to grab it, the person rowing on my left gave me a sudden hard push forward without warning and I felt two crackles to the left of my lower back!. At the time I didn't feel pain, but only about one and a half weeks ago I've noticed left calf pain!. Wouldn't it make sense that if the crackle caused irritation to the sciatic nerve that the pain should have come on eariler!? Also, it is only when I push off the calf muscle when I'm walking!. It is unlikely that it is due to nerve damage and the muscle is undergoing atrophy right!? Could it also be hip malalignment!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had a L5,S1 fusion done about 1!.5 years ago!.!.!.!.i had a bad disc that was causing a ton of sciatic nerve pain on my right side!. my symptoms in my leg and foot were were aching muscles, loss of feeling, cramping, uncontrolled muscle spasms!.!.!.!.i honestly can't say for sure if this is your issue, just letting you know what some of mine were that i know were directly caused from my disc!. even now, after the surgery, i still have some feeling loss in my outter calf and 1/2 of my foot and still achs sometimes when i'm trying to sleep!. get it checked out!. the longer you wait, the more potential damage can happen and it may not be reversable!. nerves can only repair themselves so much and they do so very slowly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get horrible pains in my calves when my sciatic nerve is irritated, so it could be this!. I don't think your muscles would be atrophying!. Not sure about the hip alignment!.

I know that I use a heating pad on my lower back/ hips, and my entire leg feels better, when it's the nerve!. But if you were shoved, you might want a chiropractor to check out your spine and discs, because you could be injured!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are athletic if could be a sign of shin splits, also sometimes when you work out, during the night you legs will cramp and they normally go away, but sometimes they stya for a week or so, faint but still painful,Www@Answer-Health@Com
