Weird sickness?!
Question: Weird sickness!?
so, today, in the middle of track practice, i felt REALLY dizzy!. Like, when i open my eyes, bright yellow lights radiants from everything and made my walk uncoordinated!. IT wasn't intense trainings!. i've done 10x worse!.
Something elese!. I think a little rust might have got into my blood!. I was runnings and slipped on wet grass so i hung on the the rusty fence to break my fall!. I cut the left side of my wrist and it started bleeding like crazy!.
I felt a little nausea but them, it's gone!. It was just when i open my eyes, everything is bright yellow!. And i start wobbling and stumbling!.
I was hydrated, no luch before i ran but a big breakfast!.

ALl r signs of Hypoglycemia !. go for GTT if u want to avoid a major accident in future ,
