Question: Help!!I feel like im in another body!!?
I have no idea how to explain this but im an excessive video game player and i was playing one day and then i just felt really weird and i feel different ever since,i feel like im not me or something,and i sometimes find it hard to believe things are actually happening,whats wrong with me,please somebody helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

First off, I would bet you are not getting enough sleep!. It seems like you've definitely been playing way too much from your description of what your symptoms are!. Your brain could be overstimulated and this may be causing you to experience something called depersonalization!. This and many other symptoms happen as a result of sleep deprivation!. Try to get more sleep, stay away from the games for a day or so and see what happens!. If you still feel this way after a few nights of good sleep, please go see your doctor!.
