Yes the epsom salt does thats what a dr would tell you !.!.soak it 2-3 times a days use peroxide and try a lil rubbing alcohol!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
the peroxide helps killl the infection and dries it out and empsom salt if you read it says dont use on open wounds!. So best thing is just to make a call to a doc and ask if u should do these things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
