Whats the least amount of hours someone should sleep?!


Question: Whats the least amount of hours someone should sleep!?
Im thinking of getting 2 full time jobs!. If i go to bed right away, that'd give me 5 hours of sleep!. Is that enough!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first thing that you should know about sleep is that you can never "catch up" on sleep!. Once you lose it, it is gone!. You should sleep 7-8 hours a night if you are an adult!. Losing sleep makes a person irritable, have higher blood pressure, gain weight, and have more health problems in general!. It can also affect your mental capabilities and performance at work!. 5 hrs is not enough depending on your age!.!.!. you should have 8 hrs!.!.so take cat naps in between!.!.!.if you can!.!.!.you seem full of energy for 2 jobs!.!.!.think about your health too, please!.!.xx some people need more sleep some less but on average it's at least 6 hrs to 9 hrs is considered normal xxWww@Answer-Health@Com

I can survive on 5 hours per night - but if you do this every day, you are going to crash sometime!. That only gives you 3 hours a day to do EVERYTHING else!. Pretty crappy, if you ask me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
