As a recovering addict i can tell you that one of the long term problems of getting off most substances that im aware of is problems with sleep , nightmares or just weird dreams ,waking every few hours, restlesness or insomnia the list goes on !.But dont be put off you do sort of get used to it,and it bothers you less and it does slowly get better!. See your GP though and ask around about any groups in your area , there's a lot of people in the same position!. someone may be able to recommend another doctor to you , as some are better than others at managing this sort of problem !. Best of luck !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't just stop taking them, go down to seven tablets for a week then six then keep going til you stop!. If you can't do that then get professional help to assist you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
reduce the amount you take slowly eg take 1 and half instead of 2 for couple of days and then reduce again use heat to help combat pain you should also speak to GP about trying to stop he will give adviceWww@Answer-Health@Com
Seek medical advice, but I would question the wisdom of the GP who has continued to prescribe these tablets for you for the last 15 years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Go to your doctor who will advise the best way to cut down IE the strength and duration!.
Drink lots of tonic water for restless legs or ask your doc to prescribe quinine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
