A tickling senstation on the bottom of my right foot?!
Question: A tickling senstation on the bottom of my right foot!?
Ok!. I was born flat footed!.!.and my feet sometimes give me problems!. Well!.!.now is one of those times!.
It started yesterday morning!. I felt this weird tickling feeling in the bottom of my foot!. It feels like someone is taking a feather and gently rubbing it acros the bottom of my foot!. At first I thought it was just an itch, so I scratched it, but it wont go away!. Sometimes if I curl my toes up and move my foot around it comes back!. It seems to be getting worse!. Sometimes it will start stinging instead of tickling!. What do you think is causing this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try doing a few stretches of your calf muslces and your feet and the toes of your fingers for about 15-20 minutes twice a day!. If it doesn't go away within a day, see a doctor!.

It's your foot "falling asleep"!. This happens to everyone, but to get rid of it, try warming it up, or shaking it around really hard!.
