I would only use a hypnotherapist that was recommended by someone that i know i can trust and that has a good track record!. I have used self help books/ cds that have worked!. yes!.!.!.!.But on the other hand , i once went to someone to help quit smoking with my partner!. and started having nightmares!.!.
Also people who think that you are under someones power and that you are out of control are wrong!. Hypnotherapy/ hypnosis is a form of relaxation!.!.!.You can only do it if you want to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No the art of hynotherapy is mainly due to the fact of being under the control of someone else and i don't think a cd can give you that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
