Answers:
Go to the drug store or health food store and get a bottle of Melatonin!. Its a natural sleep inducer, non addictive and safe to use!. I use it for those times when I am having trouble falling asleep and it works like a charm!. Doesn't leave me feeling "drugged" like some other sleep aids do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If this has gone on for over a month there has to be some underlying cause to it!. I would suggest talking to a therapist and try to find out what is keeping you awake!. Talk therapy may be all you need - if not you may want to look at an anti-depressant!. I went through the same thing and was diagnosed with depression - the therapy and the drugs have worked well for me!. Sleeping like normal now!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you tried Ambien!? It isn't an OTC med, but is prescribed by your doctor!.!.!.I am a "sleep technician" and I look for sleeping disorders in people!. If your unusual sleeping pattern continues you may want to discuss a sleep study with your doctor!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

find a different doctor!. you can't diagnose insomnia from a blood test!. get a different doctor and tell him you can't sleep and if he doesn't offer to prescribe something, then ask! poor thing!.!.!.!.you need some ambien!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body is probably used to the medicines now!. Switch it up and take 5mg of melatonin 30 minutes before you want to fall asleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know it sounds silly and simple, but when I can't sleep, I drink a glass or two of red wine and I am out like a light!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do some physical exercises couple hours prior to bed time!. It would get your body so tired and ready for dodo (kids term for sleep in french!)
