Wrist injury??!


Question: Wrist injury!?!?
Over the last 2 days i have hurt my wrist twice!. I was horsing around with my friend wrestling on a trampoline and he kicked my hand and now my wrist hurts!. Yester day i re-injured it again, what could i have done to it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
