Question: SERIOUS: Something is wrong with my left testicle/scrotum!?
It's NOT attached to the testicle, but theres something like stringy, scrunchy, clumpy and lumpy!. It is in the left scrotum - most definitely not the in the right side!. It is sore and feels like someone is lightly squeezing it constantly!.

!.!.!.but from what im getting from that description i would guess an inguinal hernia!.
google inguinal hernia!. its basically something prudring through the abdomonal wall (not your abdomen, your inguinal area which is in your groin area)
its typically a small intesting that perdrudes through!.
