Question: What is wrong with my ankle now!?
my right ankle was hurting a little bit earlier in the year, so i went to a podiatrist, who diagnosed me with a pinchced nerve caused by my high arch!. but yesterday night when i was getting a drink of water, it felt like my ankle had to pop so i tried to move it in a circular movement,a nd it hurt SO bad!!!! it doesn't hurt when i walk on it, just when i twist it!. so is this another pinced nerve or what!? it felt nothing like my previous pinched nerve!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Haha girl, this happened to me PLENTY of times, i mean, the pains recovered!.!. You live your life!.!. Then about a year/month later, PING! it's back, i mean, when will they ever give up!!!!
Honestly, you've nothing to worry about, weather it's not like your previous pinched nerve or not, it can get worse, depending where the pinch nerve is located!. Put some ice pack on it, and leave it on there overnight to heal your ankle pain, and see the doc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to an orthopedist!. It could be lots of things but the fact that it doesn't hurt to walk on is a sign it's not broken, fractured, or even sprained or twisted!. Feel better!. Elevate it and put ice on it and give it a couple days of rest and tylenol before going to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It sounds like an strained tendon!. My daughter did this too!. Her orthopedic specialist told her to give it rest & wear a therapy garment to support the ankle joint & prevent reinjury!. He said thermal therapy is best to help the healing process!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
