Yes!. Do a few things and you will be amazed!. Put a little hotel size bar of soap in your bed unter the bottom sheet, just near where your feet usually are!. Also, take a calcium with vitamin d suppliment and a potassium supliment!. Eat a Banana every day!. Get some tonic water and drink it with some juice (it is kind of bitter on its own) if you have a cramp!. The quinine in the tonic water will help almost immediately!. There are also homeopathic pills for leg cramps at your health food store, they usually have quinine in them as well!.!.!.!.!. Really !. I am serious!. I get leg and foot cramps all the time!. This is a classic sign that you may be deficient in calcium, magnesium and potassium!. If you are not eating 3 servings of WHOLE grains each day, 2 - 3 servings of dairy products, and 5-7 servings of fresh fruits and vegetables, you are likely deficient in these vital nutrients!.

'Yes,a lot of people do ,There's a medical problem called restless leg Sydrom!. If it happen even if your not a sleep just lyeing down watching your tv in the day, and its too be everyday or so go get a check-up,But I'd say you fine,that happens to everyone sometime,Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to have the same thing!. You could try taking Aspirin before you go to sleep!. Also try doing leg stretches!. If that doesn't work your doctor can prescribe a med that will hopefully get rid of the cramps!. It is more common that most realize!. Try the home remedy first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

best way when this happens is too stand on cold area eg the tiles in bathroom get it checked by GP as you can get tablets to help and you should find out reason may be lack of salt in diet and it is agonyWww@Answer-Health@Com

You might be lacking potassium and water!.!.drink more water during the day and eat one banana a day!.!.It helped me out alot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
