Answers:
I smoked cannabis for around the same length of time and I would say if you never had any problems with sleep before then yes it is ! If like me you smoked it every day and went to bed stoned as a coot every night you probably were assleep before your mallet touched cloth!. If you intend staying off the biffta's its likley to be something you'll have to get used to for a while at least , once youv'e moved through the circiut of sweats ,insomnia, restlessnes ,middle of the night waking ,early morning waking ,nightmares and weird dreams ,you'll get a good nights sleep simply dreaming of the nice porcher you can buy with the money your saving!. On a more serious note it is common after giving up long term use of any substance, to experience problems with sleep !. Problems can vary to include some or all of the fore mentioned ,to some degree or another ,they can come and go chop and change ,different for everyone!. I had been in recovery from alcohol abuse ,dry for some years prior to giving up spliff , dont under estimate just how much an effect the spliff has on your body and mind ,it can be a demon for some people to withdraw from !.I have been off the weed over three years now , ocaissionaly at times of stress and high anxiety , it can still be hard to cope!. Go see your Gp if it gets to bad ,its better than going back on it, you'll find your Gp doesnt think its a harmless drug !. All the best (goodnight)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have suffered from sleep paralysis from a kid and have never had a cannabis habit!. I usually find it stems from stress so I guess giving up doesn't help - you are more likely to be stressed when not regularly using a relaxant drug I suppose!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont know about the Sleep Paralysis, but good on ya for giving up the weed!Www@Answer-Health@Com
