How can I speed sleep or use the most of my sleep time?!


Question: How can I speed sleep or use the most of my sleep time!?
I am a full time student with two part time jobs!. Sometimes my jobs and class like to cut it close!. Tonight I work 11pm-2(maybe later) am!. Then I will go home and sleep until 7am!. I then work til 4pm and will be able to go back to bed at 6pm until 10pm!. When I go back to my other job at 11pm and do it again for another day!. Sometimes I have class in between it all!. This is only once and a while like one weekend a month but I usually end up calling in sick to one of the jobs to sleep!. When I go to bed for those 4-6 hours at a time I end up laying there for an hour or more thinking about the day!. There are times throughout my day that I can take a nap for an hour or two but can't manage to fall asleep fast enough!. I end up waking up more tired!. Any advice!? I need the money and can't afford to quit my job!. I usually don't work during the week anyways so I catch up on sleep!. It just sucks for the weekend!. How can I fall asleep faster!? REM sleep is the important one and if you are messing with your natural body rhythms, then you may not be getting REM sleep which is the most restful!. You might want to google REM sleep and read about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
