Question: I have a cast on my arm from my hand past the elbow!. Any suggestions for meal cooking!?
Answers:
If you can use your fingers, but are worried about keeping the cast dry, you cold try a plastic bag over the cast!. You could buy frozen or fresh packs of chopped vegetables, cherry tomatoes instead of chopping, buy meat chopped up or ready to cook meals from the butchers eg!. kebabs, stir fry, mini roasts etc!. Hamburgers could be good too, and pasta meals!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hot pockets or something easy like that!. They have a great assortment of frozen stuff to make in the microwave or maybe think about sandwiches with like pre-cut meat or cheese, that's always good!. If you need veggies, maybe someone can cut a bunch for you and you can keep them in a ziplock or container in the fridge when you need them!. But I think you would benefit from anything you can make one handed at this point nothing too strenuous!. Think like corn dogs, chicken nuggets, strips, or drumsticks, pizza, apples, plums, popcicles, finger foods, appetizer stuff!. Good luck!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think that instant saimin, or microwaveable things are goo!. hopefully, there is someone that can cook some meals for you!. or, frozen meals are good too that you can pop into the oven or microwave!. Best of Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Aww, :-(!. I would suggest making only simple things, or having someone else cook for you! Don't worry, you'll be back to your chef days in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
