What are the consequenses to my system when drinking too much soda?!

Question: What are the consequenses to my system when drinking too much soda!?
Answers:
Well, first of all, soda has a LOT of sugar (high fructose corn syrup)!. That turns to fat really easily, especially once your metabolism slows down, and over time it will accelerate the aging of your skin!. High doses of sugar and weight gain can also cause Type 2 diabetes!. If you're drinking soda with caffeine, you're probably also getting dehydrated, which causes weight gain (water weight) and lethargy in addition to a host of other problems!. Also, soda is horrible for your teeth!. Not only does the sugar promote bacterial growth (which can cause cavities), but sodas also contain carbonic acid (it's the carbonation, so it's the same with diet sodas), which is even worse than sugar for your teeth because it eats away at your enamel!.

Soda is pretty horrible for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If the sodas are caffienated you run the risk of caffiene addiction!. To many carbonated beverages can cause urinary tract problems such as kidney infections and the like!. I have had them before due to too many sodas and they are very uncomfortable and painful!. Not to mention the amount of calories and sugar in them, weight gain is another risk!. If you insist on drinking sodas at least for diet's sake drink diet sodas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
