Answers:
there are multiple reasons this could have happened, none of them serious!. i've passed out a few times, myself, for multiple reasons!. you could have been dehydrated and the heat caused you to pass out (heat exhaustion)!. or you could be hypoglycemic and your blood sugar was low- this would make you pass out!. if you were standing, you could have been locking your knees and not even knowing it!.!.!. this makes it very hard for your blood to flow through body and get to your brain, causing unconsciousness!. i know a lot about passing out- i'm in the army ;) soldiers pass out all the time, and it's no big deal!.
because you mention that you have a headache, i would venture to guess it was from heat exhaustion!. you should drink plenty of water, and keep yourself hydrated at all times!. our drill sergeants used to say "if you're thirsty, it's too late"!. make sure you DON'T get it to the point of being thirsty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

CAN BE DEHYDRATION,BUT ALSO A TO LOW BLOOD SUGAR COULD RESULT TO THIS:BEST THING IS TO SEE YOUR DR!.
HAVE HIM/HER CHECK YOU OUT
