Please go to the doctor (or the ER if your pain becomes intolerable) to have this checked out ASAP!. Having had gallbladder pain and subsequent surgery myself I am totally with your mother on this one!. The pains that you are describing are exactly what gallbladder pain feels like!. Though I understand your fears abt going to the doctor, you really need to be seen immediately as this can cause severe health problems if not properly treated!. Just have your mom go with you into the exam room if you are that nervous!. Good luck and hope you feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all don't be scared of the doctor!. it's better for him to tell you that something is wrong and then fix it, than to have something wrong and die from it cuz you didn't get help!
now as far as the pain i get those sometimes and it could just be gas!. but i have gotten them occasionally for many years now and it always goes away in a few days!. if it stays longer or if it gets worse you really need to go to a doctor!. if it's serious and you wait too long you may end up in the emergency room regretting not going to the doc!. good luck and hope you find out what's hurting youWww@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the doctor!!! I had some of the same pain at one point I thought I was having a heart attack!!!some days better than others but what sent me to the ER was a Sonic slush!!!it's a very simple proceedure they dont even open u up anymore!!they put u to sleep poke a couple holes and suck out ur gallbladder!!!!start to finish about 45 minutes and u go home the same day!U dont realize how bad u feel til u dont feel bad anymore!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, it sounds more like you might have a case of costochrondritis!. That's an inflammation of the chest wall, and the cartilage hooking your ribs together!. It mostly happens in older people than you, but it's not entirely unknown in young folks!. Sometimes the pain does make you think it might be digestive related!. Gallbladder problems usually cause pain in the right back, just under or around the shoulder blade, for the majority of women!. And if it were the cause of your trouble, you'd also likely have some nasty smelling diarrhea and lots of gas, and feel a lot like your own personal balloon!. A bad gallbladder doesn't just cause pain, and it's set off by eating something fatty or greasy as a rule!. If you've recently had a nasty cold, you could also have good old fashioned pleurisy- an inflammation of the lining of the chest!. Neither of these conditions is really harmful to you, and there isn't any treatment needed, as it's something the body handles itself!. There are some things that will make you a little more comfy, though, while you wait it out!. To tell you exactly what it causing it though, will require a visit to the doctor!. For what it's worth, most ailments are not exotic or deadly, and can be remedied fairly easily!. So you don't need to suffer and dread going to see the doctor!. At your age, it's not likely to be something all that serious really- more than likely it's got a simple explanation and a simple cure!. So call for an appointment!. In the meantime, both of the ails I mentioned are usually helped with Motrin, for the inflammation, and a firm pillow held against the chest!. Good luck, dear- and just keep in mind, most of what ails us is usually something simple!. No point dreading what hasn't been confirmed yet, or making yourself sick in fear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you may have gallstones!.!.!. they will give you a lot of pain!.!. and the pain can disappear and come back again!.!.The doctor can send you for tests which are not painful at all to find out if you do have gallstones and if yes they will be removed by laser surgery and it won't take long and you will feel well again and the pain is gone!.!.!.Everybody can get gallstones!.!. but it happens more often to women than to men!.!. more often even to women who are overweight an around age 40 but you are young!.!. and still it does happen it also happens to slim people!.!.!.but do see the doctor please!.!. he is the only one who can tell you!.!.!.and can do those tests!.!.!.!. You don't want to walk around with pain that comes and goes and maybe gets worse if you don't see the doctor!.!.!.It could also be an inflammation of the muscles and not the gallbladder at all!.!. an inflammation of muscles and cartillage around the chest area then it might be costochondritis!.!. but only the doc can tell you!.!.!.!.you need the right treatment and he is the one who can also prescribe the proper medication to help stop the pain!.!.!. so please do see him!.!.xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com
