Minor infected cut is pussing...?!

Question: Minor infected cut is pussing!.!.!.!?
There is a very small cut on my wrist (I say this because it is very obviously nothing worth bothering a doctor or going to the ER over)
I noticed it was a lot more red than my usual, so I squeezed it a bit, and some pus came out!.!.!. Now (when I squeeze) it's mainly clear liquid!.
It is sore to the touch, now!. It's been about 3 days since the actual injury!.

My question is, should I re-open it, and clean it out, or stop touching it completely!?
And is there any alternatives to polysporin to clean it!? I always thought rubbing alcohol, but recently heard that wasn't such a good idea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

LEAVE IT ALONE!. sorry!. yes!. you will cause an infection!. the wrists take longer to hael cuz the skin is so fair and smooth!. trust me i know!. but if its over another cut than you have reoped it and added a new one which means you sould clean and then wrap it!. altho you should try to avoid picking and pushing the skinWww@Answer-Health@Com

Apply iodine to the infected area (DONT OPEN IT BACK UP!)

Do squeeze though to get rid of pus

With this little bit of help your body will heal it in a couple of days by itselfWww@Answer-Health@Com

Clean the cut with hydrogen peroxside and cover with dressing each day!.If it not better in three days, go to the doctors!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
