Any tips for INCREASING blood pressure?!

Question: Any tips for INCREASING blood pressure!?
My doc says the reason I'm tired all the time is because I have low blood pressure!. She said it's not dangerous, and I'm sure she's right!. But it's certainly annoying!. I'm exhausted all the time, I get dizzy when I stand up, I'm constantly craving ice, and going outside when it's hot makes me feel like I'm going to pass out!. In fact, there have been one or two instances when I actually DID pass out because of this!. I don't want to raise it to dangerous levels - just a few points so I can function normally!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think it's just low blood pressure!. You might be lacking some nutrients that your body needs!. Get some multivitamins - one with ferrous sulfate will be better so it will also address possible anemia!. Take lots and lots of water!. If you have poor water intake, your circulation becomes sluggish and this accounts to most of the common headaches and dizziness we encounter!. Have enough rest and exercise too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
