Strange symptoms after power walking?!


Question: Strange symptoms after power walking!?
I have recently started a diet/exercise program that has included power walking almost daily!. This started about 2 weeks ago!. Everything has been fine, but I have suddenly started having intense thigh pain (in the front) and dizziness!. The dizziness seems to come along with the pangs of pain!. Anyone have any idea what this is or what I can do about it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be overdoing your diet and exercise program!. You should take in some extra potassium to prevent muscle cramps and to regulate your blood pressure!. The pain alone may make you dizzy!. I suspect you are restricting calories which includes important nutrients and then asking your muscles to work overtime!. Rest a bit and exercise every other day and see if this makes a difference!. You may also get test strips from any pharmacy to check for ketosis which is the burning of fat!. You don't want to go too far into that, just keep it at a minimum level!. The ketostixs are made for diabetics but you can use them to see the level of fat burning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hope you haven't been starving yourself!. Your body still needs plenty of nutrition when exercising!.

Try powerwalking every other day and see if that helps!. You may be taxing your legs!.

i am on the same exercise routine that you are!. i had bursitus in my lower back and this caused severe pain in my front thighs too!.the dizziness could be from not drinking enough water!.hope this was helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look!.!.!.!.!.wht I can tell you by experience is that you don't really need to worry abput it!.!.!.!.its simply because you need some warm up!.!.!.!.!.!.say before power walking, do normal walking and a few stretches(don't overstretch!.!.!.!.!.it will ruin it all)!. Depp breathing is necessary!.!.!.!.!.when you feel the fatigue come over you do this!.!.!.!.!.fatigue may also be due to over working of the body!.!.!.!.!.!.!.The diet plan could give you as much as directions!.!.!.!.!.but to understand your body, its capacity is up to you!.!.!.!.!.for example!.!.!.!.I know when my body is tired and what all does it need, that is because I carefully measure the exact limit to which my body works!.!.!.!.Ofcourse the limit can be increased!.!.!.!.but you shall have to work on that

Also!.!.!.!.!.I hope your diet plan allows you the required intake of calories and you aren't starving yourself!.!.!.!.!.I knew a friend who tried to do both and ended up fainting, so please don't do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
