hm!.!.!. you weren't to specific!.Were you working out the day before or somthing!? Because odds are that you are not accusome to using those muscles and your body isn't use to working that hard!.Even if you workout alot,it will take time for them to get use to the fact that you are working them muscles more often!.What happens is that you workout, and then you get sore but after a couple days or so,usually up to about 4 days at the most, those muscles will heal and you will get stronger!.This is like a cycle because you will keep woprking out, keep getting sour then keep getting stronger once the muscles heal!.Until your body is use to it and then you won't have to deal with the pain anymore!.In the long run it is a good thing!.Unless you have been having these problems for a long time and you don't workout period!.Then I would reccommend seeing a doctor!.Sry I couldn't help more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My mom always said have a banana, potato chips and milk because you need calcium, potassium and sodium!. Not being dehydrated helps too!. Sometimes I get big cramps when I start a new workout routine and start working new muscles!. They will cramp on me that night!. Or if my muscles get too cold!. I have to wear socks year round!.
Hope this helps!.
In the mean time, apply heat and try to relax!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
