Cant stay asleep..any ideas?!


Question: Cant stay asleep!.!.any ideas!?
for the past 3 weeks i have been tossing and turning all night and waking up several times throughout the night!. i dont know whats going on but its not fun and im exhausted especially since ive been busting my hump at the gym 2x a day plus working 2 jobs and going to college and taking 6 classes!.!.!.what are some good ways to make sure i get a good nights sleep!.!.i have tried the warm bath before bed, the aromatherapy stuff and even tried taking unisom and that doesnt work!.!.!.please help

p!.s my dad said i shouldnt go to the doctor cuz its not a big deal to them and all they are going to do is give me medication for it!.!.!.is that true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have too much on your mind!. Thats whats keeping you up!. U need to clear your head and go into imagination world!. I sleep with like easy listening on, find what works for you!.!.!.get something that calms the nerves and helps you not to think too much!.!.!.or just push dreamy thoughts into your head to force the other ones out!.!.!.!.try looking up really hard too, i've done that before when i couldnt sleep and suprisingly it helped, something about the rapid eye movement i think!. Thats my theory at least!. ;) Oh, totally helps if you do something extreamly boring before you try to sleep to!.!.!.like watch a movie that you couldnt possibly be interested in, or try reading a book that you dont like!. Helps me!.

Try lunesta!. Its not habit forming and it helps!. Try a piece of hard candy afterwards cause it kinda leaves a bad taste in ur mouth 4 a minute or two!. And like the other answers, maybe u just should SLOW DOWN!. And if Im not mistaken, college semesters r about 2 b out (depending on ur semester ur in)!. Try and chillax a little bit more!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pay attention to the temperature in your room!. It has been warming up lately, and that is something that can wake me up!. Make sure it is not too hot or too cold!.
It sounds like you could be stressed out too!. Maybe you are putting too much into your day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try Lavender I swear by the stuff squirt some in your room on your pillow!. Cut out all caffine in the evening and dont eat too lateWww@Answer-Health@Com

get a prescription for ambien!. that's good stuff!. it's not addictive and it worked like a charm for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try taking sleeping pills!. you should see a doctor they might have more options for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
