I have a sharp pain in my heal!. So bad at times it throbs!. Is this my sitratic nerve or what!? What can I do to rememdy this, prevent this!? Thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it almost sounds like you have a bone spur in your heel!.
If you go to the doctors, they can diagnose this!.
You can then get a cortosone (i think that is how it is spelt) injection into the heel (it hurts, but is worth it) which numbs the pain for about 6 months!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could also be plantar fasciaitis!.!.!.I have a friend with this and she has to get cortisone shots in her foot!.!.it can be quite painful she says!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
