Sleepiness problems?!


Question: Sleepiness problems!?
sleep is the most importnat thing to me!. Im in hs and ive been trying to get 8-10 hours everyday and its been working, but im falling behind on school work, so recently ive been staying up till 12 1 and the next day, i feel like crap and i fall asleep in my classes, i ask peopel how they get throught the day with little sleep and they say they drink coffee, but i cant do that becasue i hate caffeine!. so my question is this!. is there any way for the human body to become less reliant on sleep!? and if not, how do i stay awake during the day!? what should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

8-10 hours of sleep sounds good for a teenager!. The answer isn't to cut back on sleep, it is to cut back on something else that is taking up your time!. Ask yourself how you are spending your time and whether there is something that you are giving too high a priority!. It might be watching tv, or playing video games, or even spending too much time socializing!. You don't need to cut that stuff out entirely, but you can cut back on it to give yourself enough time for the high priority activities of getting homework done and getting a good night's sleep!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
