Should I go to sleep?!


Question: Should I go to sleep!?
I have class in about an hour and a half!. I fit a 1 hour nap in after I take 2 - 1 hour classes, but than after that i'm going to be busy all day until 6'ish!.

Should I go to sleep!? Or would I be better to wait it out, and just do the nap inbetween classes!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!.5 hours is supposed to be a complete sleep cycle so if you sleep for less than that you won't feel good when you wake up!.

One night a couple of weeks ago I slept for 1!.5 hours the whole night and felt fine the next day!. Not something to do regularly but it showed how a complete sleep cycle can refresh you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If your tired, sleep whenever you can squeeze it in, your body is telling when you need sleep, listen to it, just don't sleep in class!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Twenty min power snooze is what i do it!. you will wake up tired but after five- ten mins you will feel better maybe it works for me !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

45 min power nap should do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the more u sleep the more u carve it u should have a maixmum or 8 hours a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
