Pain around the top of the hip bone?!
Question: Pain around the top of the hip bone!?
I was playing basketball about a week ago and my friend's elbow hit the top of my hip really hard!.
It's been hurting around a week now!. It kinda hurts when i laugh, sneeze, cough, and run!.
I think he hit the top of the hip bone and some of the muscle above it!.

i had something like that but the way i got rid of it was by doing a sports massage and tell them what hurts and they will work it out, it feels better instatlyWww@Answer-Health@Com
He may have bruised the bone, it's going to take some time for it to heal!.
A bone bruise can take from several days to a few weeks to heal, depending on the location!.
