Question: I fell flat on my back over a stump of a tree laying on the ground!. My back is swollen!.!?

What part of your back is swollen!? If its the very bottom, near the top of your bum then you could have damaged your coccyx, thats the tail end of your spine!. You'll need an x-ray at A&E to see whats happened and the dr's will advise you on what to do but in any case, regardless of where the swelling is you should have an x-ray and a hospital check up and you'll also need pain killers and anti-inflammatory's!.
