Question: Does an ace bandage help support a shin splint!?
I have shin splints that hurt when i go up and down the stairs (alerting me that I'm not helping it heal!) so will my ace bandage help or not!? (help it heal i mean, the pain isn't what's bothering me)Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. Shin splints are caused by overuse!. It will only heal if you don't overwork your legs!. Try to decrease the amount of exercise so that this can heal quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
