These days, my head aches!.Especially when I go out in a sunny day!.!.!. It's always aching in the right side!.!.!.Is there something wrong with me!?!?!? Thanks for reading, I'll really appreciate the answers!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Increased sun sensitivity may trigger a headache!. Too much exposure to the sun may predispose you to headaches!. When you sit, work, or spend time in the sun, your head nerves and tissues change their mode, affecting the nerve endings causing pain on either sides or the front of the head!.
This happens most when my sinus' are bothering me!.
Do you work on a computer!? How's your posture!? It might be caused by an imbalance of neck muscles!.
Try lying flat with your head on a pillow and press the back of your head into the pillow as hard as you can!. Do it maybe 30 times in the morning and when you get a head ache!. It really helps me with adjusting my neck and shoulder muscles and keeps the headaches tolerable!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its a migraine!. It can be triggered by different things!. It can go away for years and then come back suddenly!. I have suffered from migraines since I was a little girl!. There is no cure but you can take ibuprofen for the pain!. Other pain killers may work but the caffeine may make it worse!. If those seem to not be strong enough you can go to your doctor for migraine medications such as imitrex!. Since your migraine seems to be triggered by sunlight!.!.!.try wearing shades in the sunlight and when you get one at home turn off the bright lights or all lights and try sleeping for a couple hours!. this always helps me!. migraines last at least 4hrs but may come on and off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
